The wonders of Camusdarach

As we leave the Mallaig area and head back south towards England via Peebles, I leave you with one of its most memorable sights: we are looking here across the waters to the flat headed Island of Eigg with The peaks of Rum to the right. This small area is full of little bays and coves with its pristine gold and almost white sands in places.

This spot is in fact quite close to where we spent a week with our caravan in 2016. See Pips for a couple of my many memorable photos from that time.
