Yes, a lot different from the Dales and our Scotland/Wales mountains. this is big country where when strolling you are likely to come across bear, wolfs and snakes.

Great to see another couple of shot from your previous travels Herb..........you certainly get around!

I love your composition and perspective here..........and the rocks make great foreground interests and also nice leading lines. The landscape is gorgeous with its tall trees and cliffs and the distant peaks make a magnificent backdrop.

An impressive set of falls in the PiP too. Superb work!

Its good that you are keeping track of my North American exploits Keith. We should have gone to Canada again just as Covid was breaking out but al that got cancelled. As said above, the landscape here is just on another level to what we have -certainly much wilder and grander. Glad you liked the waterfall (rapids) too. In reality I had been awake about 24 hours as I took these and was dying on my feet -its a wonder that anything was on the camera at all.

Beautiful place. I only was in Quebec and Ontario, in 2001.

A wonderfully big country with such scenes as this. Unfortunately this is where a lot of the big fires have been this year.
