The two in the middle are definitely adults. The one of the left is a juvenile. I can't tell about the one on the right - probably another juvenile.

Yes, they are really amazing. They are reliable residents in north Alabama every winter.

One thing about where I lived in Florida ... very few SHC were migratory cranes.

The Sand Hill Cranes are year round residents so we were able to enjoy the little ones, too.
We called them "Eggs with Legs"...
