The Ipernity General Assembly (IGA2021) will take place on Sunday, March 28, 2021, 17:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST). Your time zone
In this discussion, to avoid confusion, please only post when invited to, at agenda item 3.
You will be informed when we open a discussion for collecting your votes, but you can read the instructions in one of them now.

In parallel with the meeting progressing within ipernity where all members have access, we also use Discord which provides the benefit of instant messaging. It is for you to choose whether to make use of this extra communication channel, and learn its basic operation prior to the meeting. The agenda of this meeting was brought to your knowledge via ipernity Club News on February 12, 2021.
The proposals to amend the Statutes of the IMA were announced in the Club News on March 5, 2021, then publicly discussed and improved in several points.
The proposals to increase membership contributions were published on March 12, 2021, together with the underlying calculation. The conversion into all relevant exchange rates was made and published on March 19, 2021.
This meeting was thus correctly prepared in accordance with the Statutes.
Team clubThe registered members were informed in time about the technical procedure. Furthermore, they were given the opportunity to view the following documents at least 24 hours in advance:

● Annual Financial Statements 2020
● Activity Report on the year 2020
This IGA 2021 group has restricted visibility. Only registered club members with voting rights have access. Separate discussions will be used for the prescribed votes.
