We had 126° at Furnace Creek in 2017, but 149 !! You didn't get out of the car, I hope.

I did... for about 10 minutes and with a liter of water drunk!!! I am very used to high temperatures, in our serra over 40ºC is common, but in Death Valley it is really too much for anyone.
