Which house??? This commemorative slab epitomizes Munich’s history: in the 19th C. much of the medieval town was torn down and replaced by magnificent buildings in Neoclassical and Neogothic style, in WW II many of these buildings were damaged beyond repair. As a result, Munich is full of slabs similar to the one of the photo.
