HFF von der Glacisbrücke
Die Glacisbrücke in Minden wurde 1995 gebaut. Die Fußgängerbrücke überquert die Weser und verbindet das Weserglacis (ehemaliger Befestigungsgürtel, heute Stadtpark) mit Kanzlers Weide (Festplatz, Parkplatz). Die Hängebrücke hängt an zwei schrägen Stützpfeilern. Sie ist eine echte Bereicherung der Stadt und optisch sehr ansehnlich gelungen.

Hab mich extra weit rausgelehnt. Das Geländer wurde vor einigen Jahren durch ein zusätzliches Stahlseil erhöht. Neue Vorschrift, damit Radfahrer nicht von der Brücke stürzen.

Euer Ringpark zeigt noch deutlich, wo einmal Bastionen standen. Das Mindener Glacis führt fast komplett um die Innenstadt.
