A pair of Sulphur-crested Cockatoos, attempting to dismantle my neighbour's weather station. They are inquisitive and can be quite destructive. I chased them away after getting this shot.

These destructive pests can be a complete pain. They can destroy radio comms cables and antennas by picking at insulation and joint sealing.

Beautiful looking birds though. It's amazing how they can maintain their brilliant white plumage in dusty areas.

They sure can be destructive! I wonder if they have some kind of 'anti-stick' coating that keeps them clean: maybe a fortune to be made synthesising and marketing it. :)
