A word processor and printer in one! What a concept.

Yep, when I was a boy when we cut and pasted something into a document, we actually cut and pasted something into a document. Then you photocopied it and everything was cool.

Ah yes, the good old times. Just try writing a book that way (if you're an obsessive editor like me.) Let's just say, I chanted hallelujah when my then mother-in-law showed me how to cut an paste on her computer (she was a writer too, and an early adopter.)

But typewriters are undoubtedly a lot more photogenic.
