Artifacts (PiP)
The museum of the Mission San Juan Bautista contains many items of interest -- one that might surprise some visitors is a small set of memorabilia (PiP) from the 1958 Hitchcock movie "Vertigo", considered among the greatest films of all times.
The mission was the set for the climactic scene, though the iconic bell tower was in fact built and shot in a studio, since the mission's actual tower was torn down due to dry rot.
Here's the theme music from Vertigo, typical Bernard Hermann: www.youtube.com/watch?v=kC5AzFc3coo
