I have no clue what it is and how it has been done, but it is amazing!!!

Now I am trying to install Android-x86 on VirtualBox
but I am stuck with text mode :(

No joy...

And I tried BlueStacks Android Emulator, but Mirror Lab crashes there every time I try to open an image =(

I gave up on BlueStacks some time ago ;/

[Update] Now I managed Android to come up but Google Play services are not eager to work with me :o
I think that I'll take a break now ;/

I manage to get Mirror Lab work with NoxPlayer:

ON NoxPlayer settings, enable root in order to drag and drop images into it. I could not figure out how to export from NoxPlayer to Windows files, but I then opened a browser on NoxPlayer, logged into ipernity, and just uploaded images on it. But when you open ipernity.com on Android Browser, it first opens to m.ipernity,com. So, make sure you then go to ipernity web site settings and switch to www.ipernity.com

I also don't yet know how to do pinch gesture on PC without touch screen.

P.S. If it is this particular effect on Mirror Lab you are after, it is behind "Presets" (magic wand), and "Flash".

I have NoxPlayer installed now, thank you!
But it is crawling instead of running ;)
Apparently it needs more resources that my desktop computer can provide.
Oh, well...
I think I'd rather follow your works than try these effects myself.
It will be entertaining too :)

Clever idea to use USB stick for image exchange!

I tried to use SambaDroid (for Samba access from Windows), but couldn't make it run on the Android port.
Which is weird because it works perfectly on my Android TV Box.
Then I installed the Samba Server app but it did not want to perform either.
The USB stick was the last resort and it worked :)

The reason why I pointed out this discussion was that Marta and I manage to run that Mirror Lab on Windows PC and large screen instead of tiny mobile phone or tablet. Mirror Lab seem to give interesting tools to do things like seen here.

Can we take it just for testing? Is it free?and not too technical ? in what language?

Most of the effects are free on Mirror Lab.

To run it on Windows requires some "Android emulator", like BlueStacks or NoxPlayer. For me NoxPlayer worked.
