Huh? What's that word on my lips?

Huh? What's that word on my lips?
For me as a Finn, it was a surprise to find a familiar word and a name right under my nose, when visiting Dublin last summer. But for an Irish it must look gibberish.

The company name is a rather common surname in Finland. In English it means the same as "Swidden Hill", and "Schwendbau Berg" in German.

As many other companies at the same business, it currently does it's best to get rid of the plastic. It just made a big contract with McDonald's to replace plastic straws with paper straws. One of the great new challenges is to replace plastic for what's in the picture.

Can you guess what is in the picture, and what the company is? Easy, I am sure, especially if you have used to take your coffee and go.

I'm sure in this case it's not the battlecry of Icelandic football fans;-) I guess it's the lid of a coffee to go. I admit I have never looked what is written there.

Well, I am sure Huhtamaki is not the only company producing them =D

There are of course other companies making them as well =)

I hope they find a solution to replace the plastic entirely:

HUH... No Idea, Sami. I'm not a fan of coffee to go. So I don't know any company that produce such cups. But I support every effort to replace plastic. Advertising that is a great Idea for our topic today!

Well, I also like to have my coffee from a real cup, most of the time =)

However, abroad one sometimes have to accept what is available. Here's the explanation and some more to read:

I had to look for the meaning of swidden and Schwendbau, but it is really huhta in Finnish
