An attractive looking station (and remarkably clean)...........taken from a great perspective. I like the look of the platform lighting.

The lad on the seat obviously didn't want. his face captured Rosa!

I love the old railway stations Keith. They bring back so many happy memories. I'm pleased you like the perspective. With the row of lamps, it had to be done :-)

Ha ha, some people are just shy! I hadn't seen the Pullman carriage before and thought it was beautiful. They do some great 'special' trips with it. A bit expensive, but might add it to my list!

Wonderful, Rosa! This reminds me of my childhood when I'd go on vacations with my family...always by train. And I love those vintage trains :-)

Thank you Edna. When I was very young, we also travelled a lot by train, but my father couldn't wait to have a car, and that was the way we mostly travelled after that. Can you imagine, mum and dad and 5 kids in the car! No safety belts! The youngest on mum's lap! Also, not so much traffic on the roads though :-))
