More Snowdrops!

I couldn't resist taking a photo of these pretty snowdrops hanging their heads. It was a very short walk down Love Lane yesterday, due to the cold biting wind!

These are double snowdrops, Galanthus nivalis Flore Pleno. They always hang their heads in my garden. Any green shoots in our garden are looking very sad at the moment. Hopefully when the 'warmer' spell arrives all will be well.

Thank you very much for your great comments Günter. I love to see the first snowdrops of the year, and then the bluebells follow shortly afterwards and we are in springtime again ;-))
