The main image is very well composed and has a painterly look to it. I especially like the light on the water and the distorted reflections and ripples. As oasis of peace and quiet.

I love the ducks too - you can't help but smile. The colour of the water is sublime.

This mill pond has a wooden bridge over it and that's where I am standing. Such a lovely spot to just stand and watch the geese, and ducks, with their little bums in the air, that always make us smile ;-))

It's a very hilly but beautiful area Amelia. The pub there is quite popular with walkers, so I hope it re-opens soon!
