Thank you Peter. I am struggling with which way to do this (and there are variations of images as well as different processing of the same one). I also find that this seems better on the computer, but in print I find that 'listening 2/3' is better. I am, however, very fond of square format and I'm so glad you like this one. It was a dark place and deserved a dark image but with the details showing.

This is the one for me. Square format demands a different way of looking; the subject and the framing in this version go together well, I think. (Of course, this is just an opinion - YMMV!)

Thank you oh so much. I actually learned photography in square format (with my mom's Rolleiflex) and continued to take square pictures for years after I got a 35mm camera - so I kept having to crop!

I'm happy you like this one best. I printed it up and it didn't work - I think I need to work on the print so the lights are brighter.
