It's a record of a passed era. The 313 class trains have now all gone, with their decorative Coastway vinyl wraps. I think they were only applied to soften the blow of having Boris' London commuter stock cast-offs transferred to the Sussex coast. These toilet-free zones travelled all the way from Brighton to Portsmouth - about one and a half hours, as well as shorter trips to Lewes and Seaford.
