I likd how the scaffold splits the picture into two parts that look like before and after.

It is not obvious from a quick walk by, on a Saturday, when no-one was working there, what type of maintenance is being undertaken. I think that the lighting may have created the cleaner look to the right, as looking at other shots that I haven't uploaded here, there seems to be grime further to the right. It may be that the work is primarily at roof level.
