Only long 12-coach ones. Over half of Hastings' platforms are under cover. This photo was taken from the bridge between the platforms, which is at one end of the canopy. You can see the other end of the station, taken from a nearby road bridge, at www.ipernity.com/doc/364457/25726769
In the days before a total ban on smoking in stations, these seats were often chosen by smokers, out of consideration for other travellers.
