Just a crop of the bigger photo...so its a little grainy....

I have been trying to take a photo of this critter for some time. They will NOT sit/stay. Honestly... chasing them around the flowers with sweat dripping down my face and into my eyes..and glasses... sigh... Anyway... this was the best I could do !! I STILL cant get a closeup view ! I didnt even know what it was and finally got an ID from bugnet.com !

WONDERFUL!!! Look at those fancy "buttfeathers"! :D What an awesome moth!!! SOOOOO COOL, that you got a picture at all is remarkable, and I think this is just great!! Personally, I want a video of you trying to get pictures. I know what you must look like, since I do the same thing, but hey, I would like a great laugh!! :D :D Wow...it may be a crop but this is remarkable. Fun to see the original image too! :)
