The Mouse River Park riser pole - can't believe they needed to mess with it, but I guess they wanted to make sure all three rural branches heading north from the Tolley sub were protected.

I noticed that as well. Probably a temporary arrangement until the outage during which the system was changed from 7200 delta to 12.5kV...
