A so-so picture of the voltage regulators added to the replacement 12.5kV line; the old dam powerhouse was just a few spans further down the line. It seems the post-flood improvements involved moving as much of the line and equipment out of the main portion of the nearby park as they could.

Interesting mix of construction styles there with oversized insulators.

From looking at street view, the pole in front with the big bowls was one of the replacements installed after the 1976 flood, and which carried the 22.9kV line out of the park into town. This section also had a 4160/2400V circuit heading back east towards the Cherry Store (and the Dille Dam).

After the 2013 flood, they moved the main 22.9kV/4160V padmount out of the park to a spot across the road from the Cherry Store. They also removed the 4160V underbuild and downgraded this leg of the 22.9kV to 4160V. The second pole was then added and two phases fitted with regulators.

Now, with the post-flood rebuild and voltage upgrade to the city's preferred 12.5kV, the third pole and regulator was added.
