Even though we have reached/exceeded the 25.000$, the crowdfunding does not stop here. IMA is still hoping for contributions from all those Ipernity friends, who have not donated by now. The survey result raised hope for 34.000€.

Obwohl das Ziel von 25.000$ erreicht/übertroffen ist, ist die Aktion noch nicht zu Ende. IMA hofft noch auf Spenden von allen Ipernity Freunden, die bieher nicht gespendet haben. Das Ergebnis der Umfrage hatte Hoffnung auf 34.000€ gemacht!

In diesem Fall nicht, das geht nur mit Kreditkarte. Später, wenn Ip "gerettet" ist, ist paypal und auch Banküberweisung wohl vorgesehen.

Please remember that the crowdfunding being undertaken by the IMA has nothing to do with monies already paid to Ipernity SA for subscriptions. This is to keep the site alive for a few more months until the takeover by the community can be finalised.

We have less than 2 weeks to reach our target or, according to what I've been told, the site will most certainly close. So if you want ipernity to still be here next month please support the crowdfunding campaign.

I think it is also vital that people are made aware that at present there is no guarantee that subscription monies paid recently or prior to the IMA takeover of the platform will go towards helping save the site or towards helping the IMA reach their target.

So, unless Ipernity SA are willing to give an undertaking that any monies paid from today to them for membership will be passed to the IMA I would recommend people do not renew their Club membership should it be coming up for renewal.

That money will almost certainly be lost so please either keep it until the IMA takeover or better still donate it to the crowdfunding campaign.

was hat das zu bedeuten wenn letzte nacht eine person sehr viele spenden von 60€ bis 350 € gemacht hat. insgesamt kommt da eine mega spendensumme heraus. irgendwie verstehe ich das nicht.- insgesamt hat er angeblich grob zusammengerechnet 3500€ gespendet ??? sein profil findet sich auch nicht--- soca.jorge1986

Ich erwarte keine Rückzahlung. Wie soll das auch funktionieren? Diejenigen, die noch gespendet haben, nachdem die Summe von 25.000 € erreicht ist, bekommen ihr Geld zurück, und die, die früher dabei waren, gucken durch die Röhre? Das muss nicht sein. Ich denke, Spende ist Spende, die Hauptsache, IP bleibt am Leben!

Das ist natürlich Quatsch, Uli. Bei 25k und mehr ist die Sammlung erfolgreich und alle werden belastet. Werden die 25k nicht erreicht wird keiner belastet.

Im Banking kann ich die Beträge schon als Minus auf meiner Kreditkarte sehen (Inkl. 1,85% Auslandsgebühr), aber die Kreditkartenabrechnung an sich erfolgt natürlich erst nach dem Ersten...

We need the areement of the owners and historic shareholders. That should happen early in April as I understand it. Therefore we need the crowdfunding funds to keep IP alive beyond 31st of March.

The crowd funding has only been subsidised by 487 people, which is somewhat disappointing to say the least. I know some people have donated more than once. Where have all the others gone? Can the crowd funding still go on after the 2 weeks is up, or is that the absolute deadline?.

I'm afraid it takes too long. More and more are leaving IP or are not active any longer. Haven't seen members coming back from Fli... or 23HQ.

Just now not very optimistic any longer, due to a lack of tranparency.

Die IMA ist eine 'members association', ist daher im Eigentum aller beitragenden Mitglieder. Jene, die sich erfreulicherweise bereit erklärt haben, die IMA zu managen (ehrenamtlich oder gegen eine Entschädigung und dafür gebührt ihnen großes Lob) sind (bzw. WÄREN) daher verplichtet, über jeden Euro Ein- und Ausgaben - und über den business plan - eben all diesen Mitliedern gegenüber transparent zu berichten. Am besten würde dies über eine Webseite erfolgen, für die jedes Mitglied Zugang erhält. Nur so ist es derzeit nicht.

Habt doch ein wenig Geduld und ein klein wenig Optimismus...in der IMA zu arbeiten muss grausam sein, wenn man all das ungeduldige Gejammer liest....man kann es doch nicht jedem Recht machen und Lutz beantwortet so geduldig alle Fragen...reisst Euch doch mal zusammen ;)

Today I became more and more pessimistic about the future of Ipernity (and IMA).

Why:

- I started a BOOST-action for the Ipernity crowdfunding and 8 hours later I do have ZERO response (in the meantime I have stopped this action)
- The last 8 hours there are THREE donations on Generosity (including mine)
- I see more and more members leaving IP or being not active any longer; haven’t seen any members coming back from Fli… or 23HQ
- I see and read words, words and words, but don’t see actions or decisions
- The lack of communication and transparency is absolutely frustrating

I’m sorry to say, but I almost hope the take-over by IMA will fail, so I will get back my donations. Will rethink my activities here on Ipernity the next couple of days.

Es wäre schön, wenn diejenigen spenden, die dies zugesagt haben aber eine nochmalige
Spende können sich einige von uns eben nicht leisten!
