That’s a good on, we see one of these per year if lucky

Lots of butterflies about now -in the sun -which we are not doing too well with, especially compared with what you get. Another great catch here.

I can't remember ever seeing a Brimstone butterfly Keith. It has the look of a cabbage leaf! You have captured it with lovely detail and I like the thistle as well. I must get more purple in the garden next year! Have a good evening.

This was the first one I've seen for ages Rosa............and I'm still not seeing any butterflies in the garden. The woods here were full of them, so I have some more photos to post yet!
