That sounds like my kind of exercise Keith! Balance it with a cake in the other hand though!
I like this candid shot with the lady in full stride. Always good when they wear red, and the clouds look superb. Love the paving lines leading our eyes to the shoreline.

A different form of multi-tasking which you were doing too. Perfectly composed with leading lines and rule of thirds as well. Great sky and red top I bet the child was enjoying the exhilarating ride.

That is exactly what I do in mornings Keith, the sitting on the bench bit of course but I love this candid and I hope you didnt spill the coffee , a superb image !!!!!
