The Wizard of Waste

The Wizard of Waste
I first saw a photograph of this last July when Polyrus (Neil) posted a pic which he called Trashmast. I was in the area yesterday for sunset and I noticed it had changed quite a bit, so decided to take my own shot. With the addition of the "hat" I thought it looked like a Wizard, hence the title. It looked quite photogenic in the fading evening light.

Best viewed large, on black :-)

Xata, Tanja - Loughcrew, Larry He's So Fine, and 10 other people have particularly liked this photo

It does a bit.........I'm surprised no one from the nearby pub has decorated it. I'll bear it in mind for next year!

I love traffic cones. This is wonderful. I especially like the nautical background. Perhaps it is a princess pining for the return of her lover from a long voyage.

Thanks John..............however, I think it's definitely a male..!! He looks as if he's about to stride off down to the sea.

I love it! Looks like a Christmas tree to me, even though that's a great title. Lights would be fab! One of my favorites of yours!

This was taken down by our council a couple of years back. They thought it was not in keeping with the area. Personally, I loved it :-)
