Ravi que ça te plaise!!!!!
Quand j'ai du courage, il m'arrive de m'y rendre à pied depuis chez moi (4km). un agréable paysage de collines appelé "l'Isle-Crémieu"; ce modeste massif est en fait l'ultime contrefort sud du Jura.
Le château s'appelle bel et bien St Jullin qui est, autant que je sache, une déformation patoisante de St Julien.

Je vois sur la carte que la route de Crémieux longe l'étang de Ry, ce qui doit agrémenter aussi la balade. C'est sur cette même carte (openstreetmap) qu'il est écrit Château de St Julien : tu devrais leur adresser une demande de rectification ! Merci pour les précisions et la réponse, l'ami !

Je vois que tu es un Ipernitiste très studieux!!!!!
Pour en revenir à ce fameux château, la dénomination "St-Julien" est effectivement de plus en plus fréquente car les patois disparaissent à la vitesse grand-V..... et les cartographes comme les habitants du coin, qui sont pour la plupart des Néo-Norddauphinois, "entendent" Julien plutôt que Jullin!!!!!! C'est ainsi!!!!!! Bref, rien de bien grave......

Tu m'apprends l'existence des "Néo-Norddauphinois" ! (je vois le dauphinois beaucoup plus à l'est, côté Guillestre, mais son nord tendance néo rejoint peut-être le bas-Jura ?! :-)
Gardez vivant votre patois, et j'imagine que des associations locales s'y attèlent. Avant que la cartographie mondialisée l'efface des cartes !
(un ipernitiste - ou ipernitien - se doit d'aller plus loin que la photo, enfin c'est ;l''idée que je m'en fais...!!)
