Well, looking at the other entries, you have said that Gudrun was the only one to understand what you meant. I am afraid I still don't know what you wanted. You specified the shooting technique of long exposure (suggesting 10 seconds) with a flashlight, and most of us did that. Did you mean that the flashlight should be moving?

I think, looking at your image, that you expected more shadows and dimension, which require more distance from the subject, so an outdoors environment is more suitable for that. We have a bright street light which makes it difficult for this kind of shot outdoors. It was a good challenge.
