Query re. changing group from Private to Public access

Query re. changing group from Private to Public access
Trying to make this a Public Group.

This is what I see in Group Administration.

Cannot see "Type of Group"... which is where you can change from public to private, but seemingly not the reverse action.

25 July - ipernity Admin have been most helpful in changing it from private to public.

I sent a question to ipernity Admin. , and they changed it to public for me. It now appears to be working OK.

However, the Scavenger Hunt group now does not appear in my list of groups...
"You are administrator of these groups"
NOR
"Groups you are a member of"

25 July - Advice from ipernity Admin...
As you can now see (in a Public Group) in "Type of this group", the warning re Private -
Attention: a private group cannot become public afterwards.
