At Black Head Beach, Hallidays Point, New South Wales, Australia.

This pool was opened Boxing Day 1940... in 2007 the pool was completely renovated... The pool and surrounds are cleaned and cared for by local volunteers known as "Dad's Army".

A great view of this ocean pool. It certainly looks to be in great shape.

There are a lot of sea swimming pools in Scotland all in a state of decay. It's lovely to see one in such pristine condition. There is an interest in wild swimming at the moment so I think a few of our old pools may be restored fingers crossed.
