I certainly felt no urge to join them, Denis. I had to work on the treadmill in pulmonary rehab once, and it did not endear itself to me.

Thanks, Graham. It was some sort of fitness promotion. Probably, because it was in the square, an attempt by the municipal or provincial government to persuade us that it was our duty to keep fit, because they were cutting back on health care.

This was probably a government promotion, Léo, In English Canada one of the purposes of government is to remind you not to have fun. At Blue Jays' games the provincial government encourages you to do calisthenics during the seventh-inning stretch.
