I tried replacing this with a more level version, but it seems the Replace function is not working yet.

HFF ! An attractive building. I like all those arched wiindows.

Unfortunately, while the city is always talking about its fine Victorian streetscapes downtown, it's letting them decay.

They obviously failed to protect the ground floor of this building, for example.

Windows with upper arcs, and the street divider ending in the same arc, not to mention the top of the fire hydrant. Nice! And you even snuck in a traffic cone! Those have been missing from your photos for a while now.

Thanks, Bob. I think the traffic cones went missing because I got more interested in red. Maybe now that I've moved to a city where, unlike Torotno, there are not more traffic cones than people my interest will come back.

Once again, the traffic cone takes center stage! And I'm glad it's not the only bit of color. That motorbike is quite peppy.

I agree, Sarah. The bike is an essential part of the view. And that reminds me that I haven't submitted this to Der Rote Punkt.

Yes, very elegant and unobstrusive colours.
Excellent.

I hadn't thought of that, José. Thanks. Downtown London is quite elegant, but the city is unfortunately letting it decay.

On the face of it this looks like a very attractive building............viewed large however, it looks quite seedy and run down.

An interesting street shot John..............with some nice splashes of colour. I note the social distancing and the wearing of face masks, which I suspect will be a common theme for a while yet.

And the city shouldn't have let them alter the ground floor. I suppose you can blame the liquor laws of my youth for that, though. Well into the 1970s pubs and taverns in Ontario were prohibited from letting passersby see their patrons drinking (I am not joking). So they just walled in their businesses like this or put glass block in the windows.

How odd.............hiding the people drinking is nonsensical :-)))

There were may similar restrictions, too, George. Of course people drank far more than they do today.

Keith Burton club has replied to John FitzGerald club
Ha, ha...............if they drank too much they started calling people by the wrong name :-)))

I'm beginning to wonder, Keuth...has anyone seen you and tiabunna in the same room at the same time? I think we should be told.
