Thanks, Bob. I especially liked the comparison between the real woman and the idealized (that is, dismembered) ones.

She needs a sun hat.

Canadians are tough, Sarah. We don't need no stinking sun hats. I also suspect the sun is less direct here than in California.

You should make a series of this location, with ever more improbable people featuring in the centre of the triptych. Promise us that you will.

I'm in this neighbourhood regularly, TLC, so I'll try some more -- this window through the seasons would be an interesting theme.

Yes, the angle !
There could be a problem.

Lots of problems here, I think, José. For example, I don;t know why it's popular these days to use mannequins of dismembered women.

Beyond the High Park Academy you can see (courtesy of Google maps) where you can 'Freeze your fat away' Should you need to squeeze yourself into some skimpy underwear,

Good research and observational skills, Phil. I think I just breezed by that because I was distracted by the Rogers sign -- I assumed it was still part of a big homogenized chain. Thanks for pointing that out -- you got me to look at Google Maps and realize how many opportunities there are just in that block. I'm in this neighbourhood fairly regularly and will be taking some more photos.

There is a lot in this one! I think the framing is great, and of course the pedestrian is caught perfectly.

Thanks, John. I thought the pedestrian was a perfect candidate for this photo -- right place, right time.
