Playing with my 150-600 mm Tamron lens. I used a monopod, but my shoulder ached the next day from carrying it.

Well done Esther. Such lenses with Camaera are quite heavy, best with a thipod.

Esther, this is such a marvelous picture of this gorgeous birdy!!! Really wonderful with super details! I am sure your shoulder was aching with 4.3 pounds added to your camera's weight and your monopod...UGH!!! I can't do that myself and our 100-300 canon lens is about the same weight...it's just too much. It is exactly the reason that I got my new Sony bridge camera! Now I can take birdy pictures again and not kill myself with a heavy lens! :)
