Thanks! :D They're glass beads (Glasperlen) - i've added another image of the red one in a note, you can see the post from the display stand coming up through the top :) (i'm at an out-of-town bead show this weekend, and didn't have room to pack my camera (!!!), just grabbed some quick shots of the newest round of beads before packing them up :) )
