Cologne Kaiser Wilhelm II (#0514)

At the end of the Hohenzollernbrücke (bridge), a large equestrian statue of Kaiser Wilhelm II (1859 – 1941) who was the King of Prussia and the last German emperor, his reign ending with the revolution of 1918 -- the beginning of the Weimar Republic. I could not find when the statue was made.
