Berlin Potsdamer Platz (#2013)

Updated 6/13/2015: Per a contact, these were recently described in Der Tagesspiegel as being on the grounds of the offices of the representatives of the state of Lower Saxony. The statues are replicas of statues in Herrenhäuser Gärten in Hanover, the capital of Lower Saxony.
