SF Castro 3995a
Taken from a small park at 19th and Yukon in the Castro, we used to call this Goat Hill but I'm not sure if that is an official name. (Official name is Kite Hill)
In the lower center of the picture is the garrison-size rainbow flag that is at Castro and Market; Market is what runs straight up from the flag. If you look closely you can see the facade of the Castro theatre on the right side of the picture (at the same level as the flag). Barely visible due to the light are the towers of the suspension portion of the Bay Bridge (right center side of the picture.)
