Frossard O 303 at the Swiss border on the Grand-Saint-Bernard - Aug 1990

August 1990 – S A Agence Frossard Mercedes-Benz O 303 coach seen approaching the Swiss Customs post at the top of the St. Bernard Pass, photo taken from Italian soil. Despite this being August there was still some snow visible on the surrounding peaks. The pass is closed during the winter period (October to May) and traffic must use the all year round option of the road tunnel. The height here is about 2470 metres above sea level.
