Friday 26 January 1973 – A scene in what was the open yard of Victoria Coach Station, London – an area that was roofed over in later years and where loading bays 13 to 20 now are. From left to right the vehicles are operated by Royal Blue and Bristol Greyhound (Eastern Coachworks bodied Bristol RELH coaches in the livery style of the National Bus Company subsidiaries in the South West region before the National Travel branding came into being); East Kent (Park Royal bodied AEC Reliance); East Yorkshire (possibly a Marshall bodied Leyland Leopard); West Yorkshire (Eastern Coachworks bodied Bristol RELH); and United Counties (Eastern Coachworks bodied Bristol MW).
