In the PIP a view of a cold day in January 2017, at that time it had no balustrades yet.

BONJOUR DEPUIS LA GLORIETTE. Dans le PiP, une vue d'une journée froide en janvier 2017, à ce moment-là, elle n'avait pas encore de balustrades.

GRÜSSE AUS DEM GARTENPAVILLON. Im PIP ein Blick von einen kalten Tag im Januar 2017, damals hatte er noch keine Balustraden.

Thanks Rosalyn, This "eye" window, is so-called (because of its shape) "Chapeau de Gendarme" (= policeman's hat), a dormer in the slates roof. And even if you may think the contrary, the piece is really bright. Look, here you can see it from inside. Enjoy your weekend.
