Castle 'Het Oude Loo'...

Two months (April and May) in a year the gardens of Castle 'Het Oude Loo' are open for public... It's really a pleasure to see all the coloured Rhododendrons...

Herb Riddle ^club

So very different from most of our British castles Chris. Great harmonic lighting and shadows here. Looks like a great place to explore.

This castle is Royal possession Herb. Most of the time you cann't go there...
Only in the months April and May it's open for walking around in the gardens and wood, so the Royal family isn't there 'at home' ;)

Last week I was 4 days in England for visiting beautiful 'country houses' and their gardens... I know what you mean that this one is different from yours!
I enjoyed very much and most of the days we had beautiful weather.

It looks like castles that I saw in Germany, similar in style. It must have been a splendor to have seen all the blooming rhododendrons around.
