Spaziergang gegen Winter-Blues - A walk against the winter blues

Our body gets less light in winter. However, low light intensity and light duration cause our body to release melatonin, which makes us tired, listless and depressed. However, sunlight produces the "happiness hormone" serotonin, which brightens our mood and makes us feel positive. So get out and enjoy nature in winter.
By the way, the photo above shows 16 people enjoying the sun on a Sunday!
