The Chemical Coast is a section of Union and Middlesex counties in New Jersey located along the shores of the Arthur Kill, across from Staten Island, New York. The name is taken from the Conrail Chemical Coast Line, an important component in the ExpressRail system serving marine terminals in the Port of New York and New Jersey.

1552 Broadway

1552 Broadway, also known as the I. Miller Building, is a commercial structure on Times Square in the Theater District of Midtown Manhattan in New York City. Located at the northeast corner of Broadway and 46th Street, the building was designed by Louis H. Friedland, with sculptures by Alexander Stirling Calder. The current building, designed for shoe retailer I. Miller, dates to 1926 and was combined from two 19th-century brownstone residences on the site.

Except Broadway, all streets run at right angles to each other.
And at the end is the East River, which is not really a river. And because it isn't, the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens are on an island called Long Island. New York City is really quite simple. ;-)

It is one of the most dangerous places anywhere in Manhattan - at least for me. I just can't walk by there, I have to go in. And then the shop...

They say you can identify first-time visitors to Manhattan by the way they relentlessly look up and may even run into trash cans and mailboxes. This cannot be completely dismissed, especially if you come directly to Midtown via Penn Station and leave the station under Madison Square Garden.

The stop at Penn Station meant an unexpected train change for us, because our train had a defect. Therefore was time for this picture. You can also use waiting time.
