River Paiva.

An upstream view from the road bridge at Espiunca, in the end of Paiva's walkways. Most of the way was done at the shade, it wasn't a hot day and no hard ascents made it difficult. Only after the first 5 km I found it would be a good idea to drink some water. In half way there are public toilets, after 50 metres of steep slope - the only part that makes one sweat, if the walk is started at Aguieiras.
