Besten Dank, Heide! Das war damals als Mustersiedlung für Leute mit kleinem Einkommen konzipiert. Offenbar gab es wegen der rekordverdächtig kurzen Bauzeit einige Baumängel, aber die Häuser/ Wohnungen sind bei Mietern extrem begehrt.

Thank you so much, Amelia! Considering it's nearly 100 years old it looks very modern, doesn't it? All other houses there are painted white so this one really stands out.
