Besten Dank, Uwe! Ich weiß nicht, wie momentan das Wetter in Auckland ist, aber es ist Sommer! Ein hoher Prozentsatz der Einwohner besitzt ein Boot und ist in jeder freien Stunde auf dem Wasser..

Großen Dank, Lutz! Nach Rangitoto würde ich auch mal gerne, das ist ein Tagesausflug mir der Fähre und soll sehr interessant sein.
Ja, die Seite vom Smithsonian ist ist gut, da kannst du Vulkane nach Namen und Land suchen....

Danke, Reinhard! Die Fliegenpilze sind irgendeine Entlüftung für ein darunterliegendes Reservoir, soviel ich weiß...die wurden nur aufgehübscht;-)

Besten Dank, Maik! In echt war es dort oben noch schöner- du kommst nach min. 24 Stunden Flugzeit frühmorgens in Auckland an und bist dann glücklich über die herrliche Seeluft und die Sonne:-)

Thank you, Jaap! Rangitoto is still on my wish list- I wanted to go there that day but we went up Sky Tower first and after that there wasn't really enough time, so it was Devonport instead.
