Green Park Station, Bath

Green Park Station, Bath
Green Park Railway Station, Bath, was the northern terminus of the Somerset and Dorset Railway. The 'Beeching Axe' closed the line in 1966. The station is now home to a few shops, restaurants and market stalls.
Photographed with a Nikon D90 and Nikkor 18-135mm lens.

An appealing perspective--seems to invite motion toward light.

Thanks for the update! Despite living at Highbridge, one of the S&Ds three termini, I don't remember travelling on the northern section - between Evercreech & Bath. The photos in the S&D group that I have added are all my father's, except for the official photos and the models.
