Farges - Saint-Barthélémy

The Église Saint-Barthélémy, constructed within the 11th century, in the center of Farges-lès-Mâcon, only 8kms south of Tournus.

The area around Tournus is dotted with romanesque churches. Nearly every small village has conserved it´s church. They are open (not locked up as otherwise) and most of them are not only well preserved, but have very interesting details.
