Old riser pole with a pothead. Glass insulators are two CD 219 Hemingray-660's and nine CD 183 Hemingray-71's. Some of the glass insulators can't be seen.

That's a very nice pole there! The pothead with the three vertical terminations dates back to the early 1930s. Here's a photo of one that l found in Connecticut a while back:
